Welcome to Stansberry! This year marks Stansberry Elementary's 30th Year Anniversary! The staff and I look forward to working with you and your family to help your children reach their potential.
As Stansberry's Principal, I am very proud of
our school in that we have so much to offer such as an excellent teaching team, strong parental support, enthusiastic and hard-working students, and
extracurricular clubs. Our teachers are dedicated to making sure that all students are learning at their
fullest potential. For example, the 3rd Grade CSAP scores for 2010-2011 indicated that 94% of the students were proficient and that 51% of those students
achieved advanced scores! Way to go, Falcons!
Stansberry Elementary supports a family atmosphere by holding events such as movie nights, the Winter Program, a
Sock Hop Dance, Family Supper, and Art Show. These events are coordinated by the C.S.A. and S.A.A.C. In addition, we encourage
parents to help out in the classroom. Parental support is greatly appreciated. Our students have done well with our Positive Behavior System,
S.O.A.R.
Please let me know if you would like to make an appointment to discuss any comments, questions, or concerns you have
regarding your child or school. Thank you!

From the Office
Parents, we value your involvement and help in making your child's schooling as a happy and successful experience. Below are
are some helpful tips:
Parents and Family, when dropping off your child in the mornings, please pull over to the curb to allow other cars to pass through to prevent
delaying other parents from dropping off their children. Thank you!
Please observe the dress code outlined below. Thank you!
A. Shorts, dresses, skirts, or other similar clothing that is inappropriately sheer, short, tight or low-cut
(e.g. midriffs, halter tops, backless clothing, tube tops, garments made of fishnet, mesh or similar material,
muscle tops, etc.) that bare or expose traditionally private parts of the body including, but not limited to,
the stomach, buttocks, back and breasts.
B. Tank tops or other similar clothing with narrow straps

For protection against our dry climate and approaching warm weather, please ensure your child is hydrated. Some helpful
